 The stone wall is beautiful and functional, leveling the yard and keeping dogs out of it.
 The screen fits the Japanese style the client desired and also directs the eye towards the main entry.
 The main front yard has grass that serves as a path to the side yard.
 The dry pond hides a dry well that handles the rain water that falls on about half the property.
 The dry creek and wall are softened by the grasses we planted here.
 A bog grass softens the wall and sidewalk bed area.
 Plantings in this area, including vine maples and mountain pepper, will provide privacy for the patio as they mature.
